Due to the UK’s withdrawal from the EU, EU conformity markings – in particular the Conformitè Europëenne (CE) Mark, which regulates the safety of electrical devices for the EEA market – will continue to be recognised by the Advertising Standards Agency and the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) in the UK until June 2023.
